How can I trust my sinning minister?

My minister is really fat and so is his wife. As a matter of fact a lot of the people in my congregation are really huge! He preaches how Jesus hates sinners but he IS a sinner! It say so in Proverbs. I'm so confused about who to hate in the name of God. When the person teaching me is so fat. What should I do? Should I change church's?
