Please help my brain is about to explode!?

Okay so I am thinking about a TV show that was on about 3 years ago on Halloween. The title started with someones name like BLANK BLANK Presents ________. The Episodes had many short horror films in it. One short was A cannibal voodoo man was locked in a police building, he escaped and was body hopping to other cops and final a female cop has to eat rat posing to kill the cannibal. Another short was it was new years eve and a zombie Apocalypse. The female character doesn't know what happened so she back tracks but she keeps twitching, turns out she is a zombie and she killed her boyfriend and best friend because they kiss at a party. Does this ring a bell for anyone, Please help Im like 10 minutes from a panic attack from Google overload.
