Stop changing of subscription name/address?

I subscribed to Teen Vogue, in coincidence, my sister's subscription had run out at that time. So now, she has been changing the subscription to her name so she won't have to pay for a new subscription. Is there a way to stop this? Can the magazine company do something about this? Thanks.
