IS TNA Wrestling a sinking ship?

Hogan, Bischoff, Dixie lack of wrestling knowledge, Russo's writing, Wrestler botches, Too many gimmick matches , Non Wrestling Matches are my reasons. My Take is there's no way that they would be able to compete with the WWE unless they fix the above issues ASAP. What do you think?
