How do I take eggs from a duck, that haves treated them poorly?

By my house there is a hill a mother duck made her nest, we have been watching her and have seen who her eggs been and so far she dose not rotate them or leaves for about a day, her mate haves left her, for un-knounknownns. So now im not sure if me and my friend sholud take the 9 eggs? I need help ASAP!!!
