The estate is in probate for 17 mo. now we have a solid buyer for the only thing my dad had left, his house.?

I got a decent answer earlier so im lookin for any more info. The buyer is solid and we will close oct.9 I am the adm. exc. of estate in probate. how much longer will it take for the lawyer the judge and all till this will all be over so we can close probate? Its ben 17 months and the lawyer is ready to do the closeing on the house how long will it take after that to close probate ? ive pd all the taxes and bills up to date w/ no help from the other 3 heirs. all from iowa and the estate is in tennessee. they are in tenn, so ive driven dwn to clean mow and show the place for 17 months all the others want is to get pd. all I want is to close probate.
