I don't know why this bothers me so much, but I hate seeing homeless people pushing shopping carts around?

I don't kow if this is a trend in larger cities, but here in New Orleans, it seem like every bum in town, is pushing a shopping cart down the streets. Then when I buy groceries, I'm thinking that I'm paying extra for that *** ,because he took the shopping cart from the store, Am I wrong or what ?
