Bying Infiniti G35 2003?

I am planning on buying a 2003 Infiniti G35 with about 160 000 miles on it. I know it is a lot of miles but wanted to ask if those cars last for many more miles. Do they give you a lot of problems? Any Infiniti owners with that many miles?
