As Dems in the House vilify GW Bush, what did they do to oppose Bush's policies during his two terms?

Well, for at least the last two years of his Presidency(when the majority of the "deficit" was created) they a majority in both houses of congress,so at least some of them had to vote in favor of the budgets he presented them. Even before 2 years before them, some of the dems had to have voted to approve the budgets they villify now.
