Do I have Pneumonia?? What should I do if I have it?

I have not been able to breathe good for the past few hours, I have phlegm in my throat and I have been coughing a little bit. I have not been sick the past few days, I have been taking prevacid which can cause a sore throat. Do I have Pneumonia?? I don't have any other symptoms of it.
