WHAT SHOULD I GO WITH? SAP? JAVA? .NET? CISCO/MS CERTIFIED COURSES?

i am a new grad. i just completed my b.tech in information technology. and i got very low aggregate like ~50%. can some one suggest me the best course so that i should join a software industry and start my career as an IT professional?
