Magic the gathering question???? please help me clarify?

I have death mask duplicant it cost 7 and has an imprint ability. i want to imprint pathrazer of ulamog it is a 9/9 eldrazi creature with annhilator 3( when this creature attacks, defending player sacrifices 3 lands) Must be blocked by 3 or more creatures. does my artifact creature get all those abilities and become a 9/9 creature?
