Anencephaly vs Harlequin ichthyosis, what's more disgusting?

dude, i wouldn't say disgusting. i would say heartbreaking. if you had one of these diseases you definitely wouldn't want to be called disgusting. i find both of them HEARTBREAKING and not disgusting. I also find cyclopia heartbreaking aswell.
